About Me

Hello! My name is Michelle Martino. I’m a teacher, a writer, and a speaker. I’m a floral preservationist, a daughter of the King, and an extroverted introvert. I’m also a leftie and a type 1 on the Enneagram.

Some fun facts about me:

• I teach Spanish, although I am not a native Spanish speaker.
• Since the fall of 2020, I have been serving on the Spanish translation team at Proverbs 31 Ministries.
• I have a 5-year-old white cat named Oliver. Most times when I write, he is curled up on my lap or sitting behind my laptop.
• I enjoy making jewelry and decor with pressed flowers. (Click on the “Shop” tab to purchase one of my creations!)
• I used to go to a kickboxing gym, but am now getting my workouts in at CrossFit.
• I grew up in the church, but made a personal decision to follow Christ as a teenager. It was the best choice I ever made.
• I enjoy being on my church production team and prayer team.
• I’m a women’s small group leader.
• I’m passionate about women’s ministry and seeing women transformed by Jesus.
